And lots more. We've filled the house with the things we've enjoyed when we've rented vacation cottages and hope you'll enjoy these touches as well.
Bed linens are provided, so you don't have tote your whole house with you. Please bring your own towels, though. At the end of your stay, please wash the linens so they will be ready to be used again. Then just neaten up and the cleaners will take care of the rest. Thanks!
Fall 2009 Rates:
- $950 per week in Fall, September 12–October 25 ($450 per weekend). Leaves usually start changing around Sept. 15 and start to peak mid-Oct. (17–22). They start fading Nov. 1. The cottage is not at a high elevation, so peak is later. The water often stays warm through September so you can get in an early fall swim!
- $775 per week in late fall/spring, October 25–November 30, 2009
2010 Rates:
- $1275 per week, June 13–September 5 ($1750 NASCAR week)
- $975 per week in Fall, September 5–October 23 ($475 per weekend). Leaves usually start changing around Sept. 15 and start to peak mid-Oct. (17–22). They start fading Nov. 1. The cottage is not at a high elevation, so peak is later. The water often stays warm through September so you can get in an early fall swim!
- $775 per week in late fall/spring, October 24–November 30 and April 15–June 12, 2009
(Memorial Day weekend falls under summer rate)
- Please note: $60 cleaning fee and 9% NH Meals and Rental tax will be added to all stays. 3% surcharge for credit card transactions.
- Call for fall/spring weekend rates.
Half your rental fee is due upon reservation. The remaining rental fee plus a $350 security deposit ($500 NASCAR and bike weeks), $60 cleaning fee and NH State tax is due 2 months before your arrival.
